In 1990, Tim accepted a position as Vice President of Sales for The Selling Edge, a sales training and business development company. Eventually, he grew frustrated with the quality of salespeople’s skills throughout his professional career. Realizing the availability of consistent quality training was virtually unavailable, he formed The Business Performance Group in July of 2000. Drawing on his vast experience in sales, marketing, and management he developed a program that has helped thousands of sales people discover for themselves what is humanly possible.

Tim describes himself as a “ladder holder.” He holds the ladder of opportunity against the wall of success, while he trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of his clients. He is a widely published author of more than 400 sales articles.

Fast forward to today, those sales articles are now the basis for Sales Gold. Tim wants to make his knowledge easily accessible and digestible. Each article has been broken down into 3-6 minute daily podcasts, sent right to your phone.
